Travel expense is the attendee's responsibility.
To assure availability, you may complete and submit this form or print it and mail or fax your completed sign-up sheet to Dependable’s Technical Services Department. Deadline for signup is two weeks prior to start date. Plan to arrive by the evening before the dates of the school except by special arrangement, and do not plan any departure before 5 P.M. of the last day of the school. You will receive confirmation and information regarding arrivial and hotel.
