Polymer latex fortified DEPENDABLE SKIMFLOW ES is a Portland cement self-leveling underlayment used to level or smooth most properly prepared substrates. SKIMFLOW ES is designed to level and repair surfaces up to 1-1/2" thickness in a neat state per lift. Surfaces such as concrete, mortars, and ceramic floors can be prepared for the installation of carpet, resilient floors, wood parquet, slate, ceramic tile, marble, granite, or stone veneer floors.
The extended working time (30-45 minutes) of this self-leveling underlayment allows a more consistent finish by alleviating seams or cold joints, which occur when using similar leveling products having less working time. SKIMFLOW ES leaves a finished surface which can withstand temporary construction traffic that is idesl for most floor covering systems.
