Polymer latex fortified DEPENDABLE SKIMFLOW LC is a Portland cement based self-leveling underlayment used to level or smooth most properly prepared substrates.  SKIMFLOW LC provides superior workability and heal to provide a smooth finish.SKIMFLOW LC leaves a finished surface which can withstand temporary construction traffic, that is ideal for most floor covering systems.

Coverage: at minimum flowable thickness (about 1/8") about 1 sq. ft per pound (.2 m2 per kg at 3mm).
Maximum Thickness: 1-1/2" (38 mm) per layer
Minimum Thickness: about 1/8" (3.18 mm)
Mix Ratio: 50 lb. bag to 5.25 quarts of liquid
Application Conditions: Surface and product must be over 50ºF (10ºC) and application must not freeze for 7 days.
Color: medium gray
Admixtures: cool, clean water
Primers: Primer SL - coverage is 1 gallon per 250-300 sq. ft. (3.78 L per 32.5 m2)
