Polymer latex fortified DEPENDABLE SKIMFLOW LITE is a Portland cement based self-leveling underlayment used to level or smooth most properly prepared substrates. SKIMFLOW LITE is designed to add less weight to the structure than standard floor leveling materials.

SKIMFLOW LITE leaves a finished surface which can withstand temporary construction traffic, that is ideal for most floor covering systems. SKIMFLOW LITE is manufactured with recycled material.

Mix Ratio: 35 lb. bag to 5.5-5.75 quarts of water

Application Conditions: Surface and product must be over 50ºF (10ºC) and application must not freeze for 7 days.

Where to use...
Use SKIMFLOW LITE on interior substrates where the amount of dead load is a concern.  Surfaces such as concrete, mortars and ceramic floors can be easily prepared for the installation of carpet, resilient floors, wood parquet, slate, ceramic tile, marble, granite or stone veneer floors
