Prices across the Cleveland metro have risen an incredible 175% year-over-year, reaching $109,000 in April–and within the city limits, prices have risen 80%. Much of the existing home supply, especially on the distressed side, has been scooped up slowly but surely by investors at rock-bottom rates, leaving a dwindling inventory in its wake…”
