CUTDOWN II is a two part product featuring complex cross-linked latex polymers that reduces moisture vapor transmission and odor through concrete slabs. CUTDOWN II can reduce up to 15 pounds of moisture vapor transmission (when tested according to ASTMF1869) to an acceptable level for the installation of floor covering systems OR to isolate cut-back and other adhesive residue, to allow safe installation of floor covering without fear of discoloration or bleed through.

| Application conditions: The area should be conditioned at 70°F or more with a maximum humidity of 60% or less for 48 hours prior to application. Concrete slab temperature should be a minimum of 55°F. Once applied, the area must be kept at 70°F and 60% RH for 72 hours. If optimum applications conditions are not maintained, CUTDOWN II may require longer drying/set-up time (several days). Freezing temperatures or excessive humidity may prevent CUTDOWN II from performing properly. |

Where to use...
CUTDOWN II is used to reduce vapor and odor transmission OR to isolate cutback and other adhesive residues on suspended, on-grade and below-grade concrete slabs and wood floors. CUTDOWN II may be used in industrial facilities, office buildings, retail, institutional or residential buildings. Cutdown II is not warranted for use on residential wood floors. |
